San Francisco calls $134.29 million of building COPs, series 2007A

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 2 – The City and County of San Francisco called $134,285,000 of certificates of participation for the City Office Building and Multiple Properties Project, series 2007A, for optional redemption, according to a notice.

The following certificates will be redeemed Oct. 29 at par plus accrued interest:

• $3 million of 5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2016;

• $3.15 million of 5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2017;

• $3.31 million of 5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2018;

• $3,475,000 of 5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2019;

• $3,645,000 of 4.5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2020;

• $3.81 million of 4.5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2021;

• $3.98 million of 4.5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2022;

• $4.16 million of 4.5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2023;

• $4.35 million of 4.5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2024;

• $4,565,000 of 4.5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2025;

• $4.77 million of 4.5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2026;

• $4,985,000 of 4.5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2027;

• $5.21 million of 4.5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2028;

• $5,445,000 of 3.25% certificates due Sept. 1, 2029;

• $5.62 million of 3.25% certificates due Sept. 1, 2030;

• $5,805,000 of 3.25% certificates due Sept. 1, 2031;

• $12,275,000 of 4.75% certificates due Sept. 1, 2033;

• $28.13 million of 4.5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2037; and

• $24.6 million of 4.5% certificates due Sept. 1, 2040.
