SandRidge Energy three-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, June 6 – SandRidge Energy, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed on June 3 by U.S. trustee Judy A. Robbins, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The committee members are Thomas Korsman of indenture trustee Wells Fargo Bank, NA of Minneapolis; Rita Marie Ritrovato of indenture trustee Wilmington Trust, NA of Wilmington, Del.; and Eric Dupont of PowerSecure, Inc. of Wake Forest, N.C.

SandRidge, an oil and natural gas company based in Oklahoma City, filed for bankruptcy on May 16. The Chapter 11 case number is 16-32488.
