New Issue: UBS prices $3 million trigger autocallable optimization securities tied to SanDisk

Tacoma, Wash., March 29 - UBS AG, London Branch priced $3 million of 0% trigger autocallable optimization securities due March 30, 2012 linked to the common stock of SanDisk Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If SanDisk stock closes at or above the initial share price on any of 12 monthly observation dates, the notes will be called at par of $10 plus an annualized call return of 29%.

The payout at maturity will be par if SanDisk stock finishes at or above 75% of the initial share price. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the decline from the initial share price to the final share price.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
