S&P revises San Diego Gas view to stable

S&P said it revised its outlook for San Diego Gas & Electric Co. to stable from negative.

S&P cited a California bill that, if enacted, would reduce the financial burden on investor-owned utilities in the event of wildfires. The agency noted San Diego Gas & Electric said it was committed to contribute to a larger wildfire insurance fund.

S&P affirmed all its ratings for the company.
