Moody's gives Sanctuary Capital bonds A1
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A1 debt rating to Sanctuary Capital plc's proposed £150 million secured bonds due in 2047.
Sanctuary Capital is a borrowing vehicle of Sanctuary Housing Association and its subsidiaries. At the same time, Moody's affirmed the A1 issuer rating on Sanctuary Housing Association and the A1 on Sanctuary Capital's 2009, 2010 and 2012 debt issues.
Moody's said the A1 rating assigned to the anticipated £150 million bond issuance of Sanctuary Capital is derived from the A1 issuer rating on Sanctuary Housing Association.
