Argentina's SanCor Cooperativas Unidas announces exchange offer results

Pittsburgh, Aug. 27 - SanCor Cooperativas Unidas Ltda. said 97.8% of its series 2 and series 3 noteholders have elected to offer their notes for a discounted cash payment and 2.2% have elected to exchange their notes in connection with the company's debt restructuring, according to a company news release.

The company said the exchange offer expired after the close of the markets in Argentina and New York on Tuesday.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the exchange agent and payment agent.

SanCor is a Sunchales, Argentina, dairy business.
