Atlas Pipeline to price $300 million 10-year senior notes on Tuesday

St. Louis, June 23 - Atlas Pipeline Partners, LP plans to price a $300 million offering of 10-year senior notes on Tuesday, according to an informed source.

Wachovia Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are joint bookrunners for the offering, which will be sold via Rule 144A and Regulation S with registration rights. Banc of America Securities LLC is the joint lead manager. BNP Paribas, Wells Fargo Securities and RBC Capital Markets are co-managers.

The notes will come with five years of call protection.

Credit ratings remain to be determined.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

The prospective issuer is a Moon Township, Pa., midstream energy services provider engaged in the transmission, gathering and processing of natural gas.
