Samson Resources posts $1.28 million operating, net loss for November

Bethlehem, Pa., Jan. 4 – Samson Resources Corp. reported a $1.28 million operating loss for November on zero revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Jan. 4 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The operating loss for October was $1.26 million, also on zero revenue.

The net loss for the month was $1.28 million, compared to $1.26 million for October.

In addition, the company had no cash and cash equivalents as of Nov. 30, unchanged from October.

Based in Tulsa, Okla., Samson is the largest privately held crude oil and natural gas company in the United States. The company filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 16 under Chapter 11 case number 15-11934.
