New Issue: Samex to sell C$1.54 million of units in private placement

Knoxville, Tenn., March 28 - Samex Mining Corp. said it has negotiated a C$1.54 million private placement of units.
The company will sell 2,565,000 units of one share and one half-share warrant at C$0.60 per unit. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$0.70 for three years.
Proceeds will be used for expenditures on the company's mineral properties and for general working capital.
Based in Abbotsford, B.C., Samex is a mineral exploration company.
