Salora plans to issue up to Rs. 500 million in equity-linked securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 31 - Salora International Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved plans to issue up to Rs. 500 million in equity-linked securities, including foreign currency convertible bonds and Global Depositary Receipts, at a board of directors meeting on Jan. 30.

New Delhi-based Salora International exports televisions.
