S&P ups Atlas Energy notes to B+

Standard & Poor's said it raised Atlas Energy Finance Corp. and Atlas Energy Operating Co. LLC's $400 million senior unsecured notes due 2018 to B+ from B and revised the recovery rating to 4 from 5.

These entities are wholly owned subsidiaries of Atlas Energy Resources LLC (B+/stable).
