salesforce.com 0.75% notes convertible for quarter ending Oct. 31

Madison, Wis., Aug. 30 - salesforce.com, inc.'s 0.75% convertible senior notes due Jan. 15, 2015 are convertible at the holders' option for the quarter ending Oct. 31, according to a 10-Q filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Convertibility was triggered by the company's common stock trading above 130% of the conversion price of the 0.75% notes for 20 of the 30 trading days ended July 31. The current conversion price of the 0.75% notes is $21.34.

The 0.75% notes were previously convertible for the quarter ended July 31.

Meanwhile, the company's 0.25% convertible senior notes due April 1, 2018 have not yet been convertible and will not be convertible for the current quarter, the 10-Q noted. The company's common stock did not trade above 130% of the $66.44 conversion price of the 0.25% notes for 20 of the 30 days ended July 31.
