New Issue: GS Finance prices $1.12 million autocallable contingent coupon notes on three stocks

Chicago, March 29 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.12 million of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due March 2, 2027 linked to the common stocks of salesforce.com, inc., Boeing Co. and Uber Technologies, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at a yearly rate of 20.75% if each stock closes above the coupon barrier price, 65% of the initial price, on the observation date for that period.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus the contingent coupon if each stock closes at or above its initial share price on any quarterly call observation date.

If the notes are not called and the final share price of each stock is greater than or equal to the trigger price, 55% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent coupon. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline in the share price of the least performing stock.
