New Issue: Citigroup sells $3.73 million contingent coupon autocalls on three stocks

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.73 million of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due Jan. 4, 2022 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of DocuSign, Inc., salesforce.com, inc. and VMware, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 12.7% if each underlying stock closes at or above its 60% coupon barrier on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above 100% of its initial level on any quarterly call observation date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon unless any stock finishes below its 60% trigger level, in which case investors will have full exposure to the loss of the least-performing stock.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
