Atlas America to repay some loan borrowings with common units proceeds

New York, May 9 - Atlas America Inc. plans to partially repay borrowings under its credit facility using proceeds from the sale of about $20 million of common units, according to a company news release.

Atlas America is a Moon township, Pa.-based energy company.
