India’s Sadbhav will consider Rs. 500 million debenture placement

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 6 – Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Ltd.’s finance and investment committee will meet Wednesday to consider a private placement of Rs. 500 million of nonconvertible debentures, according to a Bombay Stock Exchange notice.

The issuance would be made pursuant to a special resolution passed by company shareholders at the Sept. 28 annual general meeting.

The issuer is a subsidiary of Sadbhav Engineering Ltd., a civil engineering company based in Ahmedabad, India.
