S&P assigns Sabine notes BBB

S&P said it rated Sabine Pass Liquefaction LLC’s $430 million of senior secured amortizing notes due 2037, BBB.

The agency also affirmed its BBB ratings on SPL and its outstanding notes.

SPL will use the proceeds to repay in part its notes due 2023.

The outlook is stable.
