S&P ups Sabine Pass notes
S&P said it upgraded Sabine Pass Liquefaction LLC’s senior secured notes to BBB from BBB-.
“We raised the rating in conjunction with the removal of the construction phase stand-alone credit profile (SACP), as construction of the sixth train is now complete and all six trains are operating as anticipated,” the agency said in a press release.
The outlook is stable.
