By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, Sept. 19 - Saab Automobile AB has been granted the right to appeal a Swedish court's denial of its proposal for voluntary reorganization, according to a Swedish Automobile NV news release.

The Court of Appeal in Gothenburg, Sweden, granted the company's appeal request and is expected to rule shortly on Saab's appeal against the decision by the District Court in Vanersborg to reject the voluntary reorganization proposal.

Saab is a Trollhattan, Sweden-based car manufacturer.
