New Issue: TD Bank sells $2.1 million callable contingent interest barrier notes on three indexes

By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., March 25 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $2.1 million of callable contingent interest barrier notes with daily close monitoring knock-in due Dec. 18, 2025 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annual rate of 8% if each index closes at or above the 60% contingent interest barrier level on the relevant observation date.

The notes will be callable at par plus any coupon due on any quarterly observation date after six months.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any index closes below its 50% threshold on any trading day during the life of the notes and any index finishes below its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer declines from initial level.
