New Issue: GS Finance sells $650,000 autocallable index-linked notes on Russell

Chicago, Dec. 4 – GS Finance Corp. priced $650,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Nov. 2, 2027 tied to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus a 14.75% annualized call premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call observation date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 25% if the index finishes positive.

If the index declines by up to 25% the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index from its initial level.
