New Issue: Scotia sells $56.56 million capped enhanced participation notes on Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, March 11 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $56.56 million of 0% capped enhanced participation notes due April 12, 2023 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of any gain in the index up to a maximum payout of $1,333.75 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. is the underwriter. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the dealer.
