New Issue: RBC sells $1.94 million buffered bullish notes on iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Chicago, March 5 - Royal Bank of Canada priced $1.94 million of 0% buffered bullish enhanced return notes due Sept. 9, 2011 based on the performance of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 20%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by 15% or less and will be exposed to any decline beyond 15%.
RBC Capital Markets Corp. is the underwriter.
