Moody’s upgrades Atkore, loans

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded Atkore International, Inc.'s corporate family rating to B2 from B3, probability of default rating to B2-PD from B3-PD, senior secured first-lien term loan rating to B2 from B3 and senior secured second-lien term loan rating to Caa1 from Caa2.

At the same time, the agency assigned a speculative grade liquidity rating of SGL-2.

The outlook is stable.

Moody’s said the upgrades reflect the substantial improvement in Atkore's credit profile over the past 15 months and the expectation the positive trend will continue in the near-term.
