Rockport U.S. Trustee names three to unsecured creditors committee

Pittsburgh, May 24 – The Rockport Co. LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Wednesday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Dan Logan of Earth, Inc. of Waltham, Mass.; Emily Barrack of Hemisphere Design & Manufacturing LLC of Valencia, Calif.; and Ronald Tucker of Simon Property Group, LP, based in Indianapolis.

Rockport, a West Newton, Mass.-based footwear company, filed bankruptcy on May 14. The Chapter 11 case number is 18-11145.
