S&P: ATI Acquisition on watch

Standard & Poor's said that ATI Acquisition Co.'s B corporate credit rating, as well as all related issue-level ratings on the company's debt remain on CreditWatch with negative implications, where it was placed on Sept. 24.

S&P said it continues to evaluate the potential impact of proposed federal government regulation changes, which would negatively affect ATI's operating performance, debt leverage and liquidity.
