Moody's ups, then pulls ATFBank ratings

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded the long-term deposit ratings of ATFBank JSC to B1 from B2, its counterparty risk ratings to Ba3 from B1 and its counterparty risk assessment to Ba3(cr) from B1(cr). All other ratings and assessments were affirmed.

The outlook on the long-term deposits and overall entity outlook was changed to stable from positive.

Since the merger with First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC, Moody's said it will withdraw all the above ratings, as well as the outlooks on the long-term deposit ratings and the overall entity outlook.
