Fitch rates ATF Bank bond BB-

Fitch Ratings said it has assigned Kazakhstan-based ATF Bank's $350 million 9% eurobond due May 2016 a final long-term BB- rating.

ATF is rated long-term issuer default BB- with a stable outlook, short-term B, individual D and support 3.
