New Issue: Kazakhstan’s ATF Bank places KZT 19.75 billion 9.9% bonds to yield 10.3%

Madison, Wis., June 25 – ATF Bank placed KZT 19.75 billion of 9.9% bonds due 2025 on Thursday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcement.

The net price was 97.5702 to yield 10.3%.

ATF Bank registered to issue KZT 50 billion of the bonds in February and had planned to place all KZT 50 billion at Monday’s trading session.

Halyk Finance acted as seller.

The bank is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
