New Issue: Kazakhstan's ATFBank places KZT 30 million of 8½% bonds to yield 9½%

Madison, Wis., May 12 - ATFBank placed KZT 30 million of 8½% bonds due 2019 on Monday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcement.

The net price was 96.2208, for proceeds of KZT 29.5 million, to yield 9½%.

ATF Bank registered to issue KZT 20 billion of the bonds in February and had planned to place KZT 30 million at Monday's trading session.

Halyk Finance acted as seller.

The bank is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
