Kazakhstan's ATFBank places no further 7% bonds at Friday session

Madison, Wis., Aug. 3 - ATFBank said it placed no bonds at a special trading session held on Aug. 3. The bank had planned to offer an additional KZT 473,891,000 of 7% bonds due July 9, 2017 at a net price of 94.0864.

According to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcement, no orders were submitted for the additional bonds.

As previously reported, ATFBank is planning to issue KZT 15 billion of the 7% bonds. The bank already sold a total of KZT 13,711,243,684 of the bonds at two special trading sessions on July 27. The issuer previously announced that it placed KZT 5,912,093,000 of the bonds in the first session.

JSC Visor Capital was the seller at Friday's trading session.

The bank is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
