Kazakhstan's ATF Bank talks $300 million five-year notes at 8 1/8%-8¼%

New York, Oct. 19 - ATF Bank has set price talk for a $300 million five-year offering of senior unsecured notes (Ba1/B+/B+) at 8 1/8% to 8¼%, according to market sources.

Deutsche Bank and HSBC are running the Regulation S transaction.

The commercial bank is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
