Kazakhstan's ATF Bank minimum $100 million three-year eurobond talked at 8½% to 8¾%

New York, April 20 - ATF Bank has set price guidance for its minimum $100 million three-year eurobond (Ba1/B+) at a yield of 8½% to 8¾%, according to a market source.

ING Financial Services is the bookrunner on the Regulation S deal, which is expected to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The deal is on the road Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

ATF Bank is the fourth largest bank in Kazakhstan.
