Fitch rates ATF Bank AAA(kaz)

In a corrected rating, Fitch Ratings said it assigned ATF Bank a local-currency long-term issuer default rating of BBB with a negative outlook and a national long-term rating of AAA(kaz) with a stable outlook.

Fitch also assigned the recently registered 15 billion Kazakh tenge of series 5 senior unsecured notes a BBB long-term rating and an AAA(kaz) national long-term rating.

The bank's other ratings are a BBB foreign-currency long-term issuer default rating with a negative outlook, F3 short-term issuer default rating, D/E individual rating and 2 support rating.

The two-year floating-rate bonds are expected to be placed in October or November.
