Astronics amends credit facility to change some definitions

Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 6 - Astronics Corp. amended its credit facility on Dec. 31 to modify the definitions of EBITDA and fixed-charge coverage ratio, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The definition of EBITDA was changed by adding back some non-recurring expenses and adjustments.

The definition of the fixed-charge coverage ratio was modified by excluding some capital expenditures from the computation.

HSBC Bank USA, NA is the agent. HSBC, Bank of America, NA and Manufacturers and Traders Trust Co. are the lenders.

Astronics is a supplier of products to the aerospace and defense industries and is based in East Aurora, N.Y.
