Astronics amends revolver to lift maximum to $120 million

Columbus, Ohio, June 28 – Astronics Corp. amended its existing credit facility on June 28 to increase the maximum amount that the company can borrow under the revolving credit line by $5 million to $120 million, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Borrowings are subject to a borrowing base.

HSBC Bank USA, NA is the administrative agent.

The company will pay fees equal to 0.15% of the $5 million increase.

Astronics is an aerospace electronics company based in East Aurora, N.Y.
