Astronics draws down $150 million from its existing line of credit

Olympia, Wash., March 30 – Astronics Corp. drew down $150 million from its existing line of credit, according to a press release.

The draw was made in to augment cash on hand, which was $31.9 million at Dec. 31, the company said.

The company is also engaged in preliminary discussions with its agent bank around potential modifications to its loan agreement that may be required as a result of the Covid-19 impacts to the aerospace industry.

Astronics is a supplier of products to the aerospace and defense industries and is based in East Aurora, N.Y.
