AstraZeneca files automatic shelf registration for debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 21 - AstraZeneca plc filed a debt securities automatic shelf registration in an F-3ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

AstraZeneca is a pharmaceutical company based in London.
