New Issue: Regal Entertainment prices $250 million 5¾% 12-year notes at par

Portland, Ore., Jan. 14 - Regal Entertainment Group priced a $250 million issue of 12-year senior notes (B3/B-/) at par to yield 5¾% on Monday, according to a syndicate source.
The yield printed on top of yield talk.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Barclays, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC were the joint bookrunners.
The Knoxville, Tenn.-based motion picture exhibitor plans to use to the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
