Indonesia's Astra International enters $145 million 36-month revolver

Madison, Wis., May 18 - PT Astra International Tbk. announced that it has signed a $145 million revolving facility agreement.

The facility has a 36-month term.

Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd., Singapore Branch; DBS Bank Ltd.; Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp., Singapore Branch; and PT ANZ Panin Bank are the lenders. Mizuho is also the agent for the transaction.

The facility will be used for general corporate funding requirements.

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, Astra assembles and distributes automobiles and automotive parts. Thought its subsidiaries, the company also operates in financial services, mining and energy, agribusiness and information technology.
