S&P ends Astoria observation

S&P said it completed its review of Astoria Energy LLC, affirmed the B+ rating on the debt, and removed the under criteria observation. The rating was placed under UCO after the agency revised its criteria for rating project finance transactions.

The outlook is stable, reflecting a forecast for debt service coverage during the remaining term loan B period and debt service coverage ratios of about 1.6x-1.7x during the post-loan period of 2028-2038, S&P said.
