AST Federated Aggressive Growth adds Barbara Miller to team

San Diego, Jan. 18 - The AST Federated Aggressive Growth Portfolio has added Barbara Miller as a portfolio manager, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

She joins Aash M. Shah, Lawrence Auriana, Hans P. Utsch and John Ettinger, the fund's existing portfolio managers.

Miller joined Federated Global Investment Management Corp., a subadviser to the fund, in 2002 as a senior investment analyst and became a portfolio manager in 2011. Prior to Federated, Miller was employed by Goldman Sachs as a vice president and equity analyst from 1999 to 2001 and by Alex Brown & Sons as a principal/equity analyst from 1992 to 1999.

The fund's investment adviser is Newark, N.J.-based Prudential Investments LLC.
