Range Resources plans to price $250 million 10-year senior subordinated notes Thursday

St. Louis, April 28 - Range Resources Corp. will host an investor call at 10 a.m. ET on Thursday for its $250 million offering of 10-year senior subordinated notes, according to an informed source.

Pricing is expected later on Thursday.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Credit Suisse are joint bookrunners for the notes, which have been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Banc of America Securities LLC, BMO Capital Markets, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, Wachovia Securities, Barclays Capital, Calyon Securities, Fortis Securities LLC, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Societe Generale, BBVA Securities, Capital One Southcoast, Comerica Securities, Natixis Bleichroeder Inc., RBC Capital Markets, Scotia Capital and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey are the co-managers.

The notes come with five years of call protection.

The company also is doing a concurrent offering of 3.5 million shares.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

Range Resources is a Fort Worth, Texas-based independent oil and gas company.
