New Issue: Kazakhstan's Astana Finance sells $125 million three-year bonds to yield 7.85%

New York, Feb. 8 - Astana Finance BV sold $125 million of three-year dollar-denominated bonds (Ba1//BB+) at 99.41 with a 7 5/8% coupon to yield 7.85%, according to a market source.

The issue priced inside of guidance that was in the 8% area.

JP Morgan was the bookrunner. TuranAlem Securities was the joint lead manager.

Additionally JSC Astana Finance will guarantee the issue.

The issuer is a financial institution with headquarters in Astana, Kazakhstan.
