Race Point V CLO to redeem five classes of secured notes on March 15

Norfolk, Va., March 1 – Race Point V CLO, Ltd./Race Point V CLO, Corp. plans to redeem five classes of secured notes, according to a notice from trustee Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA.

The notes will be redeemed in full at par plus accrued interest for the following total redemption prices on March 15:

• $101,577,020.50 for the class A-R notes;

• $47,342,329.20 for the class B-R notes;

• $28,266,940.80 for the class C-R notes;

• $19,223,888.40 for the class D-R notes; and

• $17,295,946.20 for the class E-R notes.
