QVC to redeem all $769.06 million 7.5% notes at 104.205

Madison, Wis., Sept. 5 – QVC Inc. will redeem in full its 7.5% senior secured notes on Sept. 7, according to a notice.

The notes, including $768,638,000 of notes due Oct. 1, 2019 and $425,000 of notes due Oct. 1, 2020, will be redeemed at 104.205 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

QVC is a cable, satellite and broadcast television network specializing in televised home shopping.
