Correction: QVC offering included Calyon as joint bookrunner

The bookrunners and co-managers for QVC, Inc.'s $1 billion offering of 10-year senior secured notes were incorrectly described in the Sept. 23 issue. Calyon Securities was a joint bookrunner with Wells Fargo Securities and Barclays Capital Inc.
