Quiznos U.S. trustee forms seven-member unsecured creditors committee

New York, March 26 - Quiznos U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis appointed a seven-member committee of unsecured creditors to the company, according to a notice filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Appointed to the committee were Aprendo Strada, Inc. of Guaymabo, Puerto Rico; Eric Cotton of DDR Corp. of Beachwood, Ohio; Susy Li of FX Networks of Los Angeles; Ghazi Hajj of Boca Raton, Fla.; Brett Hill of Maple Leaf Bakery Inc. of Des Plaines, Ill.; Taylor L. Ricketts of Pepsi-Cola Co. of Winston-Salem, N.C.; and John Brandon Turner of Denver.

Quiznos, a Denver-based quick-service restaurant chain, filed for bankruptcy March 14.The Chapter 11 case number is 14-10543.
