Quicksilver Resources to start roadshow Monday for $300 million 10-year notes

St. Louis, March 2 - Quicksilver Resources Inc. will begin a roadshow Monday for its $300 million offering of 10-year senior subordinated notes, according to market sources.
Pricing is expected on March 13.
JP Morgan and Credit Suisse are joint bookrunners for the notes, which have been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes come with five years of call protection.
Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.
The prospective issuer is a Fort Worth, Texas-based oil and gas exploration and production company.
