Questar Gas plans $150 million senior notes issue via private offering

Chicago, Sept. 10 - Questar Gas Co. plans to offer $150 million principal amount of senior notes in a private placement, subject to market conditions, according to a company press release.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close in December.

The public utility distributes natural gas and is located in Salt Lake City.
